this hair styling studio is a renovation project that sits along new orleans’ celebrated st. charles avenue. the provocative existing glass shell of the enclosure influenced the scheme’s development as a display for the activities of the stylist and their clients. the project relies upon the use and careful coordination of opaque, translucent and reflective surfaces.
